Your step-by-step guide to finding jobs, applying smarter, preparing for interviews, and reaching your career goals.
Meet the new JOBSEEQR.
The new version of JOBSEEQR is more than a place to find jobs. It helps you find the right jobs, apply with the right CV, contact the right people, prepare for interviews, and build the skills you need to reach your career goals.
Here’s how to use each feature, step by step:
1. Start with Your Job Scout
Your Job Scout tells JOBSEEQR what kind of job you are looking for.
Step 1: Add Your CV
When you first download JOBSEEQR, you will be asked to upload your CV and add your phone number (Your phone number allows companies to contact you directly when needed)
and if you’re starting without a CV you can click “I don’t have a CV yet.”
And you will be taken to Sigmund, which will ask you a few questions about what you are looking for.
You can tell it things like:
- Your career goals
- The roles you want
- Your seniority level
- Your preferred work setup
- And other job preferences
This helps JOBSEEQR understand what the right job looks like for you.
Step 2: Find Your Personalized Jobs
Once you finish your Job Scout, your personalized job feed is ready.
Your feed shows jobs based on:
Your CV + Your experience + Your preferences + Your goals
The jobs you get are not just the ones posted on JOBSEEQR, but taken from all across the internet. Each job also has a match percentage, which helps you quickly understand how well the job fits your profile.
You can also give us direct feedback on each job, whether it’s a good match or not, it helps us make your job recommendations better.
Step 3: Apply for a Job

Found a job you like?
Select the job and click “Start Application.”
From here, you can upload your CV and cover letter or create or improve them with Career Agent. Review and edit both documents on the same tab and then move to Outreach.
Step 4: Reach Out to Hiring Managers

Applying is only one part of the job search.
With Outreach, you can choose hiring managers or recruiters you want to contact.
JOBSEEQR will then:
- Send the emails for you
- Follow your chosen follow-up schedule
- Stop sending follow-ups if someone replies
This means you can stay on top of your applications without having to remember every follow-up yourself.
2. Career Coach
Career coach provides you with multiple features:

Practice Your Interviews:

Got an interview coming up?
Go to Career Coach → Practice Interview —> Choose the job you are preparing for —> Start your practice interview —> Answer the interview questions—> Get your results.
At the end, you get: Your interview score, a breakdown of your answers, your strengths and weaknesses and tips on how to improve.
Ask Me Anything:
With Ask Me Anything, you can ask your Career Coach about job searching, career decisions, interviews, skills, or anything else related to your professional growth.
Your answers are personalized based on things like your CV, experience, goals, job preferences and your overall situation
So instead of getting a generic answer, you get advice that fits your career journey.
Configure Job Scout:

You can go back later to your job scout and update your preferences and requirements whenever you want. JOBSEEQR will then update your job feed based on your new changes.
After you apply, your JOBSEEQR feed helps you keep track of the jobs you applied to.
You can also see your weekly goals, such as:
- How many jobs you want to apply to
- How many interviews you want to practice
- How many networking conversations you want to have
Explore Career Paths:
This feature shows you different ways your career could develop.
There are three main paths:
Grow

Marketing Specialist → Marketing Manager
Move
Move into a related role where you can use many of the skills you already have.

You may need to learn new skills first.
JOBSEEQR shows you which skills you need to build to help you qualify for the new role.
