Fill out the detailed survey telling us exactly what you're looking for. We'll ask you for the Job Opening, Desired Age Group, Required Work Experience, the Work Schedule (Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, or Contract), intended Workspace (In-Person, Remote, or Hybrid), the Salary (Annually, in USD), and the Job Description. This is also where you pay us 5% in commission upfront.
Step 2: Keep Track Of Our Progress
We will inform you through the console and via email about all updates we have for you on the recruitment process of every single one of your posted jobs.
Step 3: You Have The Final Say
Besides presenting you with a short description and why we believe the candidate is a good fit, we give you the option to proceed however you like, giving you the option to download the candidate's CV, set up a follow-up meeting with the candidate to evaluate them yourself, and proceed to hire the candidate if you like them or remove them from your shortlist if not.
