Difficulty of Implementation (D.O.I.):

This represents how challenging it is for us as individuals to contribute to this solution. While some would be labeled as "challenging", we ultimately need to implement the majority of these should we be in a position to make a huge impact. On top of that, most of the “challenging” solutions become easier to implement if multiple individuals work on the solution together.

Extent of Influence (E.O.I.):

This represents the magnitude of the impact that you can make should you implement this solution. In fact, the higher the D.O.I. is, the higher the E.O.I. tends to be (although that’s not always the case).
